Learn More About Our Fish

Please order your smoked fish or fresh fish with the following form. Fillets are whole sides of fish for special occasions: weddings, banquets, barbeques. Chunks of smoked and fresh fish are available by the pound. One pound of fish is an average serving for two people.

Minimum Order 8 lbs.

Chunks: Our salmon chunks are cut into small single portion sizes for brining and smoking. Packages normally include 2-4 pieces, for a total package weight between 8-16 oz.

Fillets: Our fillets average about 5 to 6 pounds per fillet.

Due to limited staffing during the winter months we prefer to ship out all of our orders on Monday for delivery on Tuesdays. If it is not possible for you to receive your order on Tuesday we would be happy to ship it at a time that will accommodate you. If you do not specify a ship date in the notes field of your order form we will assume that a Tuesday delivery will fit your schedule and process your order and ship it out the following Monday.
